Live courses are a commitment — of your time and your money. Here's exactly how refunds work, with no fine print doing extra work.
Before the course starts
Withdraw any time up to 24 hours before your first purchased session and you get a full refund, automatically, to your original payment method. No forms, no vouchers.
The Haven Guarantee
Take the first live session. If the course isn't right for you, withdraw within 24 hours after that session and you still get a full refund. We'd rather you find the right course than keep the wrong sale.
If a course doesn't reach its minimum
Courses run when enough students enroll (you'll always see the count on the course page). If the minimum isn't met by the confirmation deadline, the course is cancelled and everyone is refunded in full — automatically.
If the instructor cancels a session
You're refunded that session's share of what you paid (or you can take it as Haven credit). If the whole course is cancelled, you're refunded in full.
After the guarantee window
You can still withdraw at any time, but payments outside the windows above aren't refundable — the seat was held for you and the instructor planned around it. If something exceptional happened, contact support@haven.courses and a human will look at it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically land in 5–10 business days. Drop-in session purchases follow the same rules, applied per session. Questions? support@haven.courses
